Information obtained by forms on our website is strictly for the use by Aero-Stream LLC. We may contact you to hear more about your septic situation, however your personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone outside Aero-Stream LLC. This information is considered confidential and will not be shared with any entity for any reason.

If you received an e-mail or call from from us, your e-mail address and/or phone number is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or you have registered, purchased, or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Our e-mails contain an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-mail from us. If you have received unwanted or unsolicited e-mail sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that e-mail with your comments to info@aero-stream.com.

Security

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Web orders are securely transmitted via HTTPS (also called “secure socket layer” or SSL). No credit card information is stored on the web server. All orders are processed in conjunction with Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, or by sending us an SMS message, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Aero-Stream, LLC. This includes SMS and/or MMS messages used for consultation and troubleshooting. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Message and data rates may apply.  Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out.
